Don't worry about your English grammar... most English people don't, lol. As long as you understand it, and others understand you, the rest will come by itself.
I discovered that Russian speaking people are prepared to speak with foreigners even if their grammar is terrible. I can't believe how many "serious" conversations I've actually had in Russian, despite the fact that my Russian, is really, really bad. (because it's such HARD language!)
