Очень приятно, iCake. Пожалуйста, исправляйте мои ошибки. Если бы ты не исправил мои ошибки, я бы никогда не улучшил свое знание русского языка. Откуда ты знаешь русский язык?Originally Posted by fractalRipple
Firstly, I'd like to answer your question "Откуда ты знаешь русский язык?"
I have been living in Russia for my entire life
Secondly, some explanations for my corrections:
исправляйте (not исправите) мои ошибки - Исправляйте is the inperfective verb in imperative and Исправите is verb in Future Tense. So you mean that I should correct your Russian on regular basis so you have to use Исправляйте. If you wanted, for instance, me to correct you for just one time and preferebly right now you'd use Исправьте.
Исправите is Futer Tense so it's used in sentences like these:
Вы исправите мои ошибки? - Will your correct my mistakes? (just for one time not on regular basis)
Он исправит мои ошибки - He will correct my mistakes (the same here)
However, он будет исправлять мои ошибки means he will correct my mistakes and not just for one time but everytime he'll find any of those.
