BTW, translation of the aphorizm in your signature is not so good, even incorrect. I'd translate it like:

Репутация - это то, что другие люди знают о тебе. Честь - это то, что ты знаешь о себе сам.

Провалов не бывает - есть только испытания(it is possible опыт, but i consider this one is better conveying the meaning)и твоя реакция на них. До тех пор пока не разберешься с самим собой, ты никогда не будешь доволен тем, что имеешь.
