What a good quote. I did one term of media studies at university and LOVED the topic. It was just as TV was changing fast, beyond recognition in my neck of the wood. How 'suddenly?' Russia has tons of 'Western style' TV shows that are state-sponsored. MTV-type, reality shows and other 'popular' syndicated sitcoms. So much for the hyped 'oppression' with the law. Like I said before, it's two different messages expressed. Where's that one Russian who didn't like me saying 'Putin regime?' LOL
