Do Russian tutors generally offer the same total hourly rate for tuition via Skype for two individuals learning at the same time? If not, what combined rate can be expected?

If I may make a suggestion to the tutors - they might find that students stay longer if they can offer lower rates. For example, I go through periods of strong motivation and then become distracted by other personal or business commitments. The standard rate range really requires a student to stay very motivated to get real benefit from the lessons. By the way, we are in Australia.
