I would be willing. I am in Southern Illinois, and haven't had any opportunity to speak with anyone in Russian. It has been awhile since I studied the language which I find very fascinating and beautiful. It may take me a day or so to get set up for ICQ or Skype, but would very much love to refine my working knowledge of the language.
