Studying Russian? Get a native Russian penpal!

    Hi, everyone!

My name is Sergey and I am a native Russian speaker.
I have an intermediate (I hope) level of English and I am looking for a native English speaker for speaking practice.

    What could I offer you?
    1) I have a high level of Russian, mostly in technical(IT) and business area.
    2) As a native Russian I can listen to you and correct your pronunciation as needed.
    3) I can help you with understanding any cultural detail, idioms, expressions etc.

    I can not offer you:
    1) Straightforward plan for studying Russian. I could correct your grammar\sentence mistakes and explain the right answer, but I can not provide you any strict and right structure\plan of mastering grammar. I know Russian grammar, but I have no skills to teach you as a professional teacher\tutor. If you are looking for a teacher - you should find a real one, not me.
    2) Any writing\translation help. Sorry, I am not a professional translator and I have no time to master this area.

What I am looking from you:
    1) You must be native English speaker with good English language. I am looking for a academic\business level speaker who could help me with English speaking skills, correct my mistakes (with short explanations). I am going to move my career to executive\management area, so I need to "speed-up" my speaking skills in right academic\business way. I am not interested in slang, swearing etc. I am going to use English during presentations, business meeting, project's papers etc.
    2) You must be already pre-intermediate\intermediate level of Russian with ability to master grammar\vocabulary by yourself. I could just correct you with short explanations.
    3) I am using Skype. My timezone is GMT+6. It is huge time difference between any English speaking country, so I am looking a really serious person who will be able to talk at 11AM-1PM (NY Time) at weekdays\weekends or 11PM-1AM (NY Time) only at weekends. I am thinking about ~1-1,5 hour conversations in the mentioned time-frame, no less than 2 times per week.
    4) We have to settle some format of our conversation. It might be discussion about some topic, movie, news, cultural fact etc. Every conversation must have at least one topic which must be agreed and prepared 1-2 days before conversation.

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions - please send me a personal message via this forum.

PS: Moderators, please, do not ban me again without no reason. I have got my blessing from MasterAdmin allowing this post. Thanks.
