I'm Mark, 18 yrs. old, a Filipino college student. I'm currently taking a Russian course this semester, and although having penpals are not necessary, it is recommended for us that we have online buddies from Russia. It's simple, NOBODY CAN TEACH YOU RUSSIAN BETTER THAN THE RUSSIANS THEMSELVES.

Hi, Mark =) I used to work with a girl from the Philippines and she could speak greate English. As I understand many people speak English there and Filipino is needed only if a person goes to visit deep provinces. You probably could help people to practice English as well.
