Hello there,
I speak swedish, english and german. Now I study russian and would like to have a russian-speaking Tandempartner to chat with via MSN or ICQ.

After "хочу" we use the infinitive. (: That's the form you see in dictionaries.

"Языке" is not really necessary, that's why I enclosed it in brackets.
There is also "оказать помощь" in Russian, but it's too formal for this text. (:

The informal name of the messenger ICQ is "аська" or "ася" (there is also Russian name Ася))).

стучать(ся) кому-либо в аську (to add someone and to write someone in ICQ)

I think many of your mistakes are just misprints. You can check the spelling in electronic dictionaries and copy some words from them or use a spellchecker, e. g. the one that built in Google Toolbar. (:
