Actually, "Я хотел бы помочь с русским языком" is grammatically correct and makes sense, but that means "I'd like to help anyone with Russian". I took the liberty of assuming you didn't mean this.

Generally, your Russian is pretty good.

Thanks :) My only question about the corrections, is why do you not conjugate "помочь " in -- "Я также рад помочь вам с английским!"

Because it's an infinitive, like the one in "I'd also be glad to help you with English!"

By the way, how much have you learned?

As you're finding out, not too much... I just finished the Universities 201A level and we've just finished the book, "Дорого В Россию - Элементарный Уровень. We'll begin the Базовый уровень in January.
