no, the title comes to my place as gibberish (i live in paris).
but the main text is good (french and russian).

the best thing is to buy a french keyboard and plug it in when you want to write in french. it's even quite hard to type in french when using an english keyboard because of the accents. and remember french keyboards are not qwerty but azerty (no idea about canadian french).
