Would you translate "oh, really?" or "yes, indeed?" with "ach, naprawde?" or "tak, naprawde?" into Polish?

you could, theoretically use "ach, naprawdę" or just "naprawdę?", but it may be interpreted as sarcastic. I would probably use the colloquial structure "no co ty?"
as for "yes, indeed", I think the best way is to say "dokładnie".
it all depends on the wider context, though, and your intonation, as well.
