Important condition of happy marriage is to be a physical acceptance of the partner!

That doesn't exactly work. There is a missing noun.

Is to be a physically accepted "match" perhaps

but even then it sounds extremely awkward and I'd rather just recommend that such a combination of adverbs, past passive verbs, and nouns be avoided.

Pah, that still sounds wrong, there are a number of grammatical mistakes:

An important condition for a happy marriage is to be phyiscally accepted by one's partner.

There weren't any mistakes other than the superfluous 'a' that I omitted to remove.

"For" instead of "of" is preferable, I agree, but "of" is possible.

As for "a happy marriage" or simply "happy marriage", it just depends on how you read it. I think omitting the 'a' makes it sounds more conceptual, whereas using it makes the sentence a simpler statement of fact. I think it works either way.
