    время идёт!

Как сказать по-английски "время идёт!", в смысле "давай быстрей, мы теряем время"?
По-русски можно даже сказать просто "Время!" (например, "Давай быстрее! Время!"), но если сказать просто "Time!" по-английски, это будет значить "пора" (~it's time to do something), не так ли?..

Maybe one can say "We/You are wasting time?"
    Is it idiomatic?
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

We don't have all day is a very common phrase with a similar meaning.

"The clock is ticking" is another, in certain contexts.

You have written the meaning of an idiom, which is OK, but here is the actual idiom:
    Idiom: time's a wasting
Meaning: we are wasting time, we should be working
Example: Time's a wasting. Let's finish our work and then rest.

    Here are more:
    no time to lose
If you say there is or that you have no time to lose, it means that you must do quickly whatever it is that you want to do

    1. Women are the product of time and money.
    2. Time is money.
    3. Money is the root of all evil.

    So: woman = time x money = money x money = root(evil) x root(evil) = evil.

    "Women are evil".

This joke is better in some other language, where also number 1 is a common saying. Maybe it was in Italian?
