    Would or will

If I knew that you would be/will be there, I would do it.

Should I use Future in the Past (would) or Future Simple? In this sentence we have subordinate clause you would be/will be there inside another subordinate clause If I knew and it confuses me - I can't find any rules for this case. Does the standart concord of tenses work here?

    ...would be...
    or
    ...were going to be there...

I don't know the terminology for higher English grammar, but "concord of tenses" sounds about right.
Not sure how that works with this but here's a sentence:

If they come through here, I will know that they are coming.
"В тёмные времена хорошо видно светлых людей."
    - A quote, that only exists in Russian. Erich Maria Remarque

I have read about it and "Sequence of tenses" is right.
