    What does mean "cheery"?

Does it have a slang meaning?
I would like to use it in this context: cheery laboratory or cheery team.
Could you correct my mistakes, please.

Нет. Я думаю, что это как веселый.

A cheery laboratory sounds like a place where people dress like clowns and use multi-colored chemicals and everyone is laughing and smiling and full of mirth.

    Disgusting, really .

What are you trying to say, exactly? A happy team (as in, a team that just won a game)....?

Well, you could use it that way depending on the context. Look at these on a google search. It just means happy thats all.

    Thank all for your answer.
I wanted to use "cheery" in domain name for site with easy and simple tools, some of them will be free. So I'm seeking a name that isn't serious but not so like place with clowns.
Could you correct my mistakes, please.

По-моему, слово 'happy' имеет намного потешнее значение. "Happy Meal, Happy Land, Happy Gilmore, What's Happying?" - эти несколько примеров.
Correct my mistakes and I will give you +1 internets.
