    Need help to understand

    О чём может идти речь в выделенном фрагменте:

    * Gain a full understanding of customer issues
    * Identify, create or confirm areas for discussion
    * Reinforce commercial argument of your proposition
    * Agree you and your customer’s shopping lists
    * Identify gap: Your situation is X / My situation is Y
    * Check everything is on the table - GET IT ALL OUT!
    * Give nothing away. DO NOT REACT TO INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS!
    * Manage expectations

    Agreement to proceed:
    This is a short statement that explains that you may be able to see a ‘way through’ some of the issues and if so, are we close to an agreement

    Make sure that you have taken everything out and put it on the table - don't forget anything.

    It means be sure nothing was forgotten about or nothing is hidden. Also that everything was already discussed. If not, bring it up now.

    It probably didn't help you that whoever wrote that mangled the grammar (and really the overall style) considerably. It should read something like:
    * Check and make sure that all products are displayed on the table - GET IT ALL OUT!
    Заранее благодарю всех за исправление ошибок в моём русском.

    It's the frame from the Power Point presentation. Whoever prepared it must have tried to save some space for the clipart. Or maybe English is not his native language.

    I have another question though. Whose expectations did he mean in the "manage expectations" item? His or his customer's?

    I don't think he's speaking about a literal table. When you 'put everything on the table' it means whoever you are dealing with (business partner etc) knows everything you know and you aren't hiding anything.
