Hello,
I need some help in polishing my translation of this weired document. Its a request for a police certificate. I used some translations of other Russian documents that were made by professional translators as examples to create this one. This is an original version of the document in Russian:

month in compliance with Order № 965 of Internal Affairs of November 1, 2001. Expiration period is not specified in police certificate. Expiration period is defined by authority that requests the certificate. Information about readiness of the certificate is available by phone:

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM, Friday: 9 AM – 4:45 PM. Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM. Certificates are issued at: 2-nd Kolobovsky lane, 8, Pushkinskaya or Trubnaya metro stations (Trading Hall).
