Thread: A proofreader/editor needed.

This time, not for myself. I have been approached by someone who had translated the website of her company into English and wanted it proofread by a native English-speaker.

Evidently, she (or her company) is not willing to pay the rates of Western translation/proofreading agencies.

So I wonder if anyone will be willing to do this on a barter/exchange basis, e.g. you proofread/edit this piece of text (about 3000 words), and I either proofread a Russian text of comparable size for you or translate a shorter one or something.

I'm not a professional proof reader but if you want I will do it. I don't need anything in return.
