    Please clarify

MS Word suggests to write Nokia Company instead of Nokia company (lower case C). Why is it so?

    And another question:
Do I have to put in 'the' article before a company name, i.e. the Nokia Company?
Send me a PM if you need me.

Я думаю потому что говоря Nokia company ты подразумеваешь вполне конкретную компанию, поэтому и определенный артикль.

I think it's wrong. You'd only capitalise 'Company' if it were part of the company name, e.g. "Nokia Company Ltd", and it appears that Word is assuming that to be the case based on whatever internal rules it's been given, but I don't believe that it is the case here. The company is actually called Nokia Corporation.

    No, it's a proper noun.

Word is not alway right. For example, it positively refuses to accept my name, Vincentz.

I finally turned off that spell check after I'd added a couple hundreds of words.
