    orchestrate and manage change

Native russian speakers with fluent English, help!

Help orchestrate and manage change in the organisation; Improve leadership and management skills....

Мне нужно, чтобы выделенное словосочетание хорошо звучало, а то как ни поверну - масло маслянное получается...
И как это - управлять (справляться) с переменами? Может, красивее сказать - вносить (внедрять) изменения, но не исказит ли это смысл?

Sorry but I'm a native English speaker...
I can explain using simple English in the business context.
"orchestrate" is like the leader of a band who guides the musicians in a gentle way. With a baton (small stick) he sets the rythym. He organizes the band. He leads the band. He gives the band corrections.
"manage change" is when the leader (management) takes action to correct behavior in an organization (group of people). Leaders want the people to become different than the current situation. Leaders set new goals. Leaders reward good behavior. Leaders remove obstacles (including stubborn people).

    Thanks, PapaG!
The first one (orchestrate) was pretty clear, but "to manage" has so many meanings and so many ways to translate it in Russian, that the nuances you've given really helped me.

Yesterday I was feeling helpful, today I'm feeling cynical.

This sounds like the advertising "spin" (lies) used in corporate job descriptions and glossy magazine articles.

In corporations the "small stick" can be a cudgel (baseball bat) weilded by the enormous ego (the stout staff is small compared to the massive ego!) to destroy "little people" in the organization. (Singing the blues

Whack! Now I feel the rythym.
    Whack! The boss can orchestrate!
Whack! Oh, I miss my friends.
Whack! Now I miss my job.
    Whack! I can manage change...
