    Offering help :-)

To all Russian speakers learning English. Im a native English speaker willing to give help for whatever you need. If you wish on learning a whole new "part" of the language for example: How to order food in a restaurant, then I am open. Just post what you need right here

Though there is one drawback, I dont speak Russian ¬_¬

So I will give you "advanced" tutoring for English.

And feel free to post your posts in Russian, as I have a translator at the ready.

    Welcome, Satsuma!

Are you offering "advanced" English tutoring free?... or for pay? There is a difference for forum rules.

And my Russian is not good, so no worries. My second language is actually Spanish, and Russian is my third.

What is your English dialect?... Canadian, U.K., Australian, American, Scottish, Irish? Some of our members want to learn a particular dialect... others want to learn 'general'/conversational English.

Also, in tutoring for "advanced" English... can you tutor technical, business, engineering, legal, or scientific English?

The forum is very informal... people ask what they need help with... and our "Band of English-speaking brothers" try to help.

Our "Big Brother/Sister" is MasterAdmin. S/he's excellent. (Sorry MasterAdmin... I've never asked whether you're a girl or guy. )

    Welcome aboard!

Hehe ok. I am from England so I use the UK dialect which is what everyone should use as it is what I call "native" English.

I will offer this all for free.

And yeah I can teach you anything you want, buisness, ANYTHING you need to know.

Let me guess. You must raise you hand and shout: "garson!". Right?
The bear looked at the car, and reflections of fire danced in his eyes. He knew what to do.

    Ordering food:

Извините меня кельнер, смогите я пожалуйста иметь = Excuse me waiter may I please have (Now list what you want to eat)

И для пустыни = And for desert (List the desert you want)

    Extra's:

Еда была симпатична = The food was lovely

Еда не была моего стандарта = The food was not of my standard

Now that is very basic food ordering.

    Advanced:

В мою еду можете вы принять вне = In my meal can you take out the (List what you want taken out)

Все гайки в еде? Im аллергическое = Is there any nuts in the meal? Im allergic (I used nuts as an example as it is very common but you replace it with whatever your asking.

Будет вся из этой цены? = How much will all of this cost?

There you go. That should get you exactly what you want in an English restaurant and maybe more : )

It's WYSIWYG. Desert means desert, and dessert means dessert.

All translations are funny. My favorite, Все гайки в еде? Im аллергическое = Is there any nuts in the meal? Im allergic (I used nuts as an example as it is very common but you replace it with whatever your asking.

I may be allergic to "орехи" but "гайки" in my food really scare me
