"So, you are requested to be used to use English. You can call us if any, and we will pay you."

Trouble is, that isn't even correct English. I have no idea what 'used to' is supposed to mean here, but it cannot be used that way. Furthermore there is nothing which 'any' could be construed to refer to.

It is very strange and it's not clear what it is supposed to mean.
My employer wrote that. He is Japanese.
