How to train listening better?
What is the best way to train listening? Watching TV, listening to songs, watching movies, talking to natives?
When I was talking to a native australian I understood him absolutely well, but then he phoned his friend and I was unable to understand anything. "bvkjnl;kfnm3nfpifjdapifpoasjdoasjdfpjqwpdfjpqojfo iwqjfdpoiqwjdfp"
I recognized only few words.
:( That sucks.

Maybe, when talking to you he tries to speak as clear as he can so that you can understand him. But with his friend he wants to relax and speak more freely, use colloquial words/phrases.

That's funny -- that's the same thing that all the Russians say when I listen to them!
