Thanks in advance!

Easy, just just don't (lead 'em ??) so much! Ain't war hell.
It sounds like "lead 'em" but that doesn't make much sense so maybe I'm wrong. He just kind of stutters and repeats "just" twice.
Thank you, basurero!

"Lead em," doesn't make sense, so I'd guess "need em."
He is saying "L" clearly... Although "need them" looks the best.

I didn't listen to the recording (I'm at work) but 'lead them' makes perfect sense. It's shooting terminology for when you shoot in front of a moving object. If you shoot directly at a moving object you won't hit it, it will be out of the way before the bullet gets there. You have to estimate the time for the bullet to reach the target and estimate the speed the target is moving at and try to make them meet.
I still don't understand what he meant by "just just don't lead em so much"?

Sorry I should have explained that. It means that women and children run slower than men so you lead them less (aim your shot not quite so far in front of them). Not a nice thing to say at all.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!! Got it! So we may paraphrase it as:
"I just don't need to lead them so much (as they're moving much slower)". Kind of he understood the woman's exclamation as "how do you manage to shoot and hit them"? As she was doubting his shooting skills! And he explained his secret how to shoot and not miss.
I know, I know. "Lead the target!" I heard that somewhere.
Thank you very much!
