    Can you translate this?

    Earl может также быть именем мужчины. Тогда нужно заменить "графа" на "Эрла".

    Earl here has no article, thus it is the name Earl. Эрл.

    For it to be Граф it would have had to say 'the beneficiary of the / an Earl's will'
