First three below are technical measurements:
Luminosity is a measurement of brightness. Each discipline, however, defines the term differently, depending on what is being measured (one could be like total light energy given off by radiating body).
Luminance is a photometric measure of the luminous intensity per unit area of light travelling in a given direction (unidirectional)
In photometry, illuminance is the total luminous flux falling on a surface, per unit area. (And so can be coming from different directions)
Brightness is the perception elicited by the luminance of a visual target.
=> subjective attribute/property.
Lightness is the subjective brightness perception of a color for humans.
