Could somebpdy please help me translate?

These are documents of my Polish and Ukrainian great grandparents that lived in Germany during the war and 5 years after, I can't read German and would appreciate some help translating.

The first is a death certificate, the second is a marriage certificate.
The resolution is rather low, so it's difficult to decipher.

I've focused one of the images on my great-grandmothers' mothers' maiden name, what would this translate to in English? My GGrandmothers surname was pronounced Yeremenko and spelled Jeremenko in German, but her mothers name seems much more complicated.
