I assume you probably have. Have you tried the english speaking amazon.com sites? Looing under the authors name, or possible english translations of the title. I could only come up with 'The Director And The Hangman' and no matches. But, it could go under any number of titles related to the word 'hangman'. But try diffent key words like 'executioner'. What is your translation of Der Richter Und Der Henker?

If you fail on the internet, and you ask at a large bookstore for the best foreign language store in your nearset ciy, they'll be able to get translations into any language of many books. Especially into English. Though, I don't know how popular this book is.
