    Навороченный

    A modern slang adjective. Means a powerful, multifunctional, progressive, and expensive technical device, comparing to other devices of such type. Can be applied to cars, computers, weapons and so forth.

    Frankly, it is not a separate stress mark above the letter. It is one symbol (don't know from what language). If you want to write in this board special symbols which don't exist on a keyboard you need to specify them by their four-digit code. You write &# then needed code, then a semicolon. For example:

    Our Russian youth often say "рУльный". It means "cool".
    Example: Какой рульный сидюк (CD-ROM), я тоже такой хочу!

    Интересно, "рульный" это от слова "rule"?

    This one wasn't adopted in Russsian slang, but the opposite did.
    Sucks (sux) - суксь. Not used a lot though.
    BTW "rules" as an adjective can be used not only as "рульный", but also as "рулезный".
