    Soviet/Russian Psychedelic Animation

I'll start with a heavy artillery. I mean, really acid crazy stuff.

    Гипнеротомахия / Hypnerotomachia
    by Andrei Svislotski, 1992
The title refers to this book.
    The plot appears to be a mush up of a man's, a woman's and a dog's dreams.

Его жена Курица / Hen, His Wife
    by Igor Kovalev, 1990
My favorite work by Kovalev. Igor Kovalev mostly known for his work on "Ahh!!! Real Monsters!" and "Rugrats" on the West, but he also created few enigmatic masterpieces including this one.

Unlike the previous cartoon, "Hen, His Wife", which can be understood but hard to explain, this one doesn't make sense at first, but leaves strong feelings that there's must be something, just like many of David Lynch movies.
Note it named after the author of Hypnerotomachia from the first post.
No Russian required in movie, a little text in the end.

    Потец / ???

    by Alexander Fedulov, 1991
It's hard to speak about this one. It's based on experimental poem/play (called just 'text' in the credits) by A. Vvedenskiy. It's about death. A lot of word play, experimental use of language, in Carroll/Joyce way.
    Great creepy animation.
A hell of a lot of Russian required!
Can be a challenge even for native speakers.
