Thread: Russian Napoleon Cake

So I am diabetic and I have done some googling but I cant find a traditional Russian napoleon cake for diabetics.
I searched a few pages in but after a while it becomes mostly spam and advertisements and such.
Any recipes or suggestions?

Unfortunately I really do not know which products are allowed for people with diabetis,
but maybe you can just change sugar on sorbite and cook the cake according to this recipe:
