    Konstantin

    My boyfriend is half Russian, Konstantin is his middle name.... I was wondering about its origin and maybe if it has a meaning. Thanks for who can tell me ^^

    Not so much Greek as Latin ( < constans ), but the meaning is the same. Popularized by the Roman emporer Constantine -- particularly after moving the capital to Byzantium and renaming it after himself (Constantinople -- city of Constantine).
