And about the sentences looking weird;

In the first one, I tried to say; I do not understand one fellow from Kazan. He speaks about the work bad to the manager, and another fellow from Moskova also not so reliable.

In the second one, I tried to say;

Maybe if you do not let those weird fellows into your work, you will stay in peace.
