Желаю я встретиться с ней (here i am trying to give a poetic sense by using я after Желаю. Does it work?)

It works by giving the whole line the smooth rhythm, nice work.

жду я это время (same as above)

In my opinion, you should have shuffled the whole sentense like this:

жду время я это - that would have given the smooth rhythm.

Мне почему-то кажется, что Аныл имел в виду не "нигде", а "где-то".
Типа как "некогда = когда-то", а "негде = где-то"

Well with негде i infact intended to say that it is not anywhere. Like I search it but cannot find it. I think нигде would give a meaning that I know it's somwhere but I cannot find it. But infact I wanted to say I do not know if it is somewhere.
