I'm thinking of taking this online course from teh Tomsk Polytechnic University. Does anyone have any experience of this course?

I ask because it's a lot of money, but I have major issues with studying on my own. I'm a perpetual time waster, I need someone to prod me into doing things! I've studied russian on and off for about 3 years, so I'm not a beginner, but I'm still at a pretty basic level. I can have some simple conversations, but nothing spectacular. I'm hoping to move to russia to work in 3 or 4 years, so just wanting to keep myself ticking over until i have the money to do some serious study in Russia itself.

Any thoughts/comments/better ideas?
