    Practice makes perfect?

I'm 15 years old and working on the New Penguin Russian Course by myself. Our school doesn't offer Russian, and I really want to learn it, so I decided to learn by studing the books. I'm pretty good at languages, I already know three (English, French, and American Sign Language), but I'm finding Russian a bit harder.

The first few lessons were pretty easy. However, as I got further in, I felt I needed more practice. I've been looking at the Russian posts on this website and cannot understand much. Usually, I like to submerse myself in the language, but I'm finding that hard to do with Russian. I can't find any TV stations or radio station in Russian (I live in the US) and, as far as I know, there are not many forums that speak in Russian.

Does anyone have any sugesstions for practice that I can use? My resources are pretty limited.

    Thank you!
    Я не знаю!

I was 15 when i started learning by myself too. Be prepared for months of grammar and new rules but if u get past it then you'll be ok. I mean, i did it alright.

You'd need some sort of trumpet fanfare to be played whenever you are announced.

Or perhaps the sound of symbols clashing would work.

You mean you didn't like my cymbalism?

(nah you're right. It was just an embarrassing mistake, but I won't try to wriggle out of it )
