    Links for Speech and Cursive

I know that Дмитрий Хулиганов has been mentioned here before, but I just learned that he has Grammar courses as well as the alphabet! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUVNA_loG_o

Here is how to write the Cyrillic Cursive letters. Just mouse over each letter and watch how the letter is made. http://www.brown.edu/Departments/LRC/RU ... index.htm#

This looks interesting, has anyone tried this method? If so, does it work?

    Thank you,

I think this all boils down to starting a new book by distilling each 3rd distillation (bottom left) into new sets of 25 words, and then repeating the whole process one more time. This will give 7 distillations which "should be enough for most people".

I have been trying the gold list method and I have only one complaint. I know eventually it will help me with long term memory, writing is good for that, but I almost never remember 30% of the head list and I practically have to write every word from that list over again. Does anyone else have this same problem?

yeah, same here. there's no way i'm going to remember a word by only writing it once.. Other than that, are you following his method exactly? And it works?

да. I watch my study times, I don't rush, I read every word as I am writing it and after I am done with the list, and I was very optimistic in the beginning. The only words I remember are either cognates or words that I had studied in the past with flash cards. All the words I write that I have never heard of I never remember. Not even within a hour of writing them. I agree that writting is a method of remembering, but writing only once every two weeks will not help you remeber. I agree with this website: http://www.ultimatelanguagesecrets.com/ . "Let's say on day 1 you learned 20 words. They should be reviewed twice again on the same day, once more on the second day, once more in a week, once more in two weeks, and again in a month."
