If you use Firefox or have tabbed browsing you can bring up both the EN and RU in separate tabs and quickly switch. Go to the main page (third link) and choose "русский" at the bottom of each article.

Just don't believe everything you read there, though. HRW are the same bozos who claim that USA is consistently violating human rights too!
