Забудьте - Imperetive mood
Забываете - Indicative mood

In your example you give an order, tell people what they should do, therefore you use imperetive mood.

Actually "забываете" is not subjunctive, but indicative.

Moreover, the aspect is different.

Imperfective
Infinitive - забывать
Indicative - забываю, забываешь, забывает, забываем, забываете, забывают (present); забывал(-а, -о, -и) (past); буду забывать, будешь забывать etc. (future)
Subjunctive - забывал(-а, -о, -и) бы
Imperative - забывай(те)

Perfective
Infinitive - забыть
Indicative - забуду, забудешь, забудет, забудем, забудете, забудут (future); забыл(-а, -о, -и) (past)
Subjunctive - забыл(-а, -о, -и) бы
Imperative - забудь(те)
