New idea: Forums for discussion of the Russian language in many languages

So I have an idea and wanted to ask your thoughts. Should we make forums for learners of Russian from non-English/Russian speaking countries? We could have a forum for discussions in Turkish, Vietnamese, German, Chinese, etc. We would probably not be able to read them (hehe ) but people could exchange the advice about learning Russian in their native languages. For example, I know many Turkish people are learning Russian and I even have some Russian lessons translated into Turkish that I could post on the forums.

Then again, some of the discussions in the forums about other languages are in the respective other languages as well. I think that forums for talking about Russian in other languages is actually more in keeping with what "masterrussian" implies than learning other languages apart from Russian.

Oh, and I could have an eye on a German version.

Well there is a Swedish site for learning Russian, but I think this site is better, so I prefer it.

I could organise a Swedish or Scandinavian section here, if you want?

Perhaps if it was good, more Scandis would visit here.

In order for it to work well, we'd have to find someone who speaks both Russian and a Scandinavian language fluently. I've come across some online when I first started studying Russian, a year and a bit ago and some Baltic people speak both Swedish and Russian.

I doubt there are many Russians interested in learning Swedish though... !
But if there were any, I could of course teach them Swedish at the same time.

I am getting better at Russian but am certainly not fluent yet.

I'm surprised by your support of this idea, guys! Thanks bitpicker and Hanna for offering your help. I think I'll need help from someone who actually speaks the other languages. Google Translate is good but not that good

Anyway, to get started, I just need to open a section "Russian in other languages" and fill it with sub-forums like:
Russian in Deutsch (need full translation)
Russian in Español (need full translation)
Russian in Français (need full translation)
Russian in Türkçe (need full translation)
Russian in العربية (need full translation)
