Thread: Installing Russian on your computer

I used to be able to use shift and alt to type Russian on my keyboard but my computer got renewed and I've forgotten what I have to do. Can anybody explain it to me?

Try shift and ctl, or if there is no Russian on your comp now, you need to add it in the 'Control Panel'.

Is it Windows XP? Linux? Need some more info to help.

windows xp. I went to the Control panel, languages. Russian is on but when I do shilt & alt nothing happens.

Try pressing Key Settings ((7) on this diagram) to check shortcut keys.

Alternatively restore language bar, then click the EN to change.
