I chose HTML as On in my profile so how come it says HTML is off in the options thing when I type a message. Does the HTML feature mean I can use any sort of tag that you find in a webpage source code?

HTML is off on this forum. But you can use BBCode instead of HTML for your basic needs.

I don't know why some sites allow HTML on their messageboards anyway. With CSS any person that wanted to be annoying could bring every topic to a halt.
