Thread: Forgot my password - problem

Hello,
I'm trying to change my password. This requires me to have the old one. I don't have it. I clicked on "forgot my password" filled in my account and email address. When I got the email, I click the link and it loads but the message is:

Not Authorised

Then I tried to login with the new password and it does not let me in. I tried the link again and the message is:

The activation key you supplied does not match any in the database.


What to do?

Yes on this forum. I am logged in now on one computer. On my main computer I just updated Firefox which now doesn't have the password to my account. I want to reset my password - I need the old on to do that. I don't have it.
