Karl Pilkington goes to Russia and meets a Russian taxi driver..

I don't know what's funnier - the way this setup has failed or the way some guys truly believe in genuinity of this dialog
1. It is not a taxi it's some piece of crap with artistically arranged dirt all over
2. The worst cars are not made in Britain
3. For the guy with so thick accent that guy is too fluent and too monotonic which means he's telling prepared speech and that means it was a setup from the beginning
4. I don't think the guy is Russian

That's it. Obvious fake.

Yeah, it's a hoax. Karl Pilkington is a minor celebrity in the UK, not quite sure why he's famous.
The taxi driver was faking the "Russian" accent.

I don't get the joke though....
