A Chinese cosmetics company is using skin harvested from the corpses of executed convicts to develop beauty products for sale in Europe, an investigation by the Guardian has discovered.
Agents for the firm have told would-be customers it is developing collagen for lip and wrinkle treatments from skin taken from prisoners after they have been shot. The agents say some of the company's products have been exported to the UK, and that the use of skin from condemned convicts is "traditional" and nothing to "make such a big fuss about".

What did they smoke, where did they get that stuff and how much does it cost?

"Dr Wang's allegations infuriated the Chinese authorities, and in a rare move officials publicly denounced him as a liar. The government said organs were transplanted from executed prisoners only if they and their family gave consent."

This just proves that if your last name is "Wang", you have no other alternative but to get your Ph.D., no matter how fake it may be. You will be called "Dr. Wang", but any allegations you make will be shunned by the authorities. I see this every day.
