    Great tovarish Ridley

    Hi folks,

Some people who visit my house can not understand the fascination with Russia. As a joke I tell them to be silent, because my cat (avatar) will report them to Moscow in the night by phone. (My phone)

The other joke that includes Ridley is inspired on the American Express card. Ofcourse his image is on the card, but it reads Russian Express Card. The credit is 1000 roebel. It is for the stray cats to phone home to Russia.

"The Russian Express Card, don 't leave Russia without it."

Do you know how to find out if your cat is Russian? Russian cats say "murr", and English ones say "purr".

He don't make any of these sounds. Many times he try to mieuw, but only a high squeek comes out. (when he wants food) When I talk to him often he try to say "Ja!"

I believe he understands a lot of words, but that is typical about Dutch's cats. They live in the house and hear human language all day. I have seen cats that live in the wild. They are a totally different kind.

I also believe my cat recognizes his pictures and everytime I make a picture of him, he always looks very understanding, as if he knows exactly what I am doing.

If I could I would also have liked to have a lynx or a bear. But these animals really belong in the wild and in Holland, land costs more than oil.

Этот кот я знаю. Я видел его с друзьями поздно ночью, в ручном мартини и сигаре.

I know this cat. I saw it late one night amongst friends, martini and cigar in (each) hand.

    Alright translation?
