Word тугой (tight) is used in Russian. often teenagers use this word.
This is lite insult. maybe like a stupid in English. I use this word when I joke with my friends.
sometimes I try to explain to them something, but they don't understand me. And in this situation I speak: Are you tight (тугие)?

Да я пошутил! Ты что, тугая?

ну зачем же так ЧАСТО использовать ЭТО слово? а то мне кажется что ДА)))
