I understood all but "она напряженная". Pay more attention to feminine nouns in accusative: "дают лексику", "улучшать грамматику"

These few "simple" mistakes you can easily cope with:
много американцев
ни когда => никогда
учишь себя язык => учишься языку
Parts of Speech => части речи

Ah yeah, напряженная was my attempt at saying that my speech ( I'm new to this pronoun system, the word I had in mind was речь, feminine, so она? Actually, оно, because I'm basically referring to the verb?) is still tense, or non-natural sounding. Thanks!
