Спасибо за ответов! очень интересно - с начала я думала, что наверное моя "стиха" совсем не понятно

The glacier
Around my heart
Was thick
With the weight
Of eons
Of snow
Crushed
By it's own weight
Compacted
Into ice
Hard as diamonds
But not valued
Quite so much.


My heart
Beat slowly
But steadily
Imprisoned
In this Gulag
This frozen
Guantanamo Bay
Of my own making.
Protected
But always cold
And fragile
Like dry ice.

Your arms
Were a warm harbor
Which slowly
Penetrated
Through the layers
The eons
Of ice
And snow
And cold.
The old memories
Like ice crystals
Fell
Shattered
Melted
Until the pain
Went with them.

Меня всегда умиляли некоторые стихи на английском - без единой рифмы. )
